My stay at this hotel was really nice! The room was a good size with a comfy bed and a nice shower. However, it was quite warm during the night, and I didn't realize there was air-conditioning despite being close to the railway viaduct. The service was exceptional, especially Sheldon at the front desk, who was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, with a nice view of the city and many restaurants around, making it convenient to visit attractions like the Tower of London hassle-free. The dining experience was good, with lots of variety, although it could have been better. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a good value for the price.
